Job Description

The role of a Front Desk Agent is pivotal to the seamless operation of the hospitality industry. As an Arabic-speaking Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the welcoming face of the establishment, providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their needs are met. You will be responsible for managing reservations, answering queries, and facilitating a positive guest experience by offering timely assistance and information. Your fluency in Arabic allows you to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking guests, creating an inclusive and comfortable environment for them. Your position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and to uphold the standards of quality and service expected by guests. Your organizational skills, customer service acumen, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check in guests, verify reservations, and distribute room keys efficiently.
  • Manage all guest inquiries, providing accurate information about services.
  • Use language skills to assist Arabic-speaking guests with their needs.
  • Handle transactions, including payments and room charges with precision.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest requests.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
  • Assist with the check-out process, ensuring guest satisfaction reviewed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest checks and receipts for auditing.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance guest experience.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities effectively to all arriving guests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional appearance are required.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and office equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
