Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Arabic, you will be a vital part of our hospitality team, welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is both comfortable and memorable. Your fluency in Arabic will enable you to engage with our diverse clientele, offering them a personalized and hospitable experience. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in shaping the guests' impressions of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include handling reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, and attending to guest inquiries with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English, along with your keen attention to detail, will greatly contribute to the smooth operation of our front desk operations.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Effectively handle reservations and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services and local attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, or requests in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Ensure all guest feedback is forwarded to the appropriate departmental leaders.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area for an efficient workflow.
  • Process payments and generate invoices as necessary, ensuring accuracy in billing.
  • Handle multilingual communication to assist Arabic-speaking guests effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with the hotel's policies, procedures, and quality service standards.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and specials by informing guests of current programs.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality front desk position preferred.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software programs.
