Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. As a Front Desk Agent, your primary role will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room reservations, and delivering essential information about the hotel amenities and services. You will act as the first touchpoint for our valued guests, ensuring that their stay is pleasant and satisfactory. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a quick and efficient check-in process.
  • Manage and coordinate room bookings and handle reservation inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest information.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Address guests’ concerns or complaints swiftly and satisfactorily to enhance guest experience.
  • Process guest check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring the accuracy of billing and payments.
  • Assist in managing front desk communications, including phone inquiries and email responses.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet quality standards.
  • Monitor the security of the lobby area and report any unusual activity to management.
  • Actively upsell additional services and amenities to enhance guests' stay experience.
  • Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions with integrity and accuracy.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or similar customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer programs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus.
