Client Management Executive - Freshers

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree holders) who are eager to build a career in client management and customer success.

Experiance - 0 to 1 years (Freshers who are passed out in 2023,2024,2025 only)

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage relationships with a portfolio of clients, including:
• Client onboarding
• Implementation processes
• Retention strategies
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Development to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and senior-level client management to:
• Understand customer needs
• Drive retention and growth
• Share insights and feedback
• Maintain and track customer success metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve internal processes
• Analyze data and prepare reports for:
• Client performance reviews
• Internal management reporting
• Recommend strategies to increase customer lifetime value, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Prepare onboarding and activation materials to ensure smooth client implementation
