Job Description
As a Fresh Graduate in HR, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. You will learn to maintain employee records, assist in payroll processing, and participate in HR projects and initiatives. This role will provide you with a solid foundation in HR practices and an opportunity to develop essential skills for a successful career in HR.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Organize and participate in employee training and development programs.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates or performance reviews.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
