• A genuine obsession with sport and social media.
• A portfolio full of ideas, not just posts.
• Strong concepting skills across multiple sports and audiences.
• Experience creating high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube Shorts.
• Confidence shooting, editing and creating short-form video.
• Excellent copywriting and a strong instinct for what people will engage with.
• The ability to move fast without compromising quality.
