Our ideal candidate is a skilled Recruitment and TA Specialist willing to work on a freelance basis to support our growing recruitment needs. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a broad recruitment background and excellent communication skills. The specialist will manage all administrative tasks related to candidate shortlisting, utilizing the byteSpark.ai recruitment platform. This is a remote, fixed-commission-based opportunity offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to a dynamic company. We are looking for someone with proven experience in talent acquisition across diverse roles and industries.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 6–10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably across multiple sectors

▸ Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions

▸ Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills

▸ A proven track record in closing high-quality talent and managing senior-level searches

▸ Comfortable using tech-enabled platforms — experience with Bytespark.ai or similar ATS/sourcing tools is a plus

▸ Strong candidate shortlisting skills

▸ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

▸ Ability to work independently and remotely
