Freelance Recruiter

Gateway is growing and to keep up with demand we need two freelance recruiters who will play a pivotal role in connecting talented professionals with our clients across various industries.

You’ll use your recruitment experience and insight, supported by our AI-powered platform, to find, attract, and assess top candidates for each role. This role focuses on sourcing talent across product-based and goods-producing industries, from entry-level to senior management.

There’s no business development involved. Your job is to identify and qualify great candidates. Once they’re in the system, the platform handles screening and shortlisting from there. This is a remote role, although UAE applicants are welcome to join us in our Dubai office. Compensation is based on placements and is a percentage of the total commissions.
