Franchise Investment Manager

Job Description

The Franchise Investment Manager evaluates and structures franchise and investment opportunities, acting as the primary deal lead from initial screening through to signed agreement. This role blends financial analysis with hands-on negotiation, ensuring every deal that reaches leadership is well-vetted and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities

•      Screen and evaluate incoming franchise and investment opportunities against FRAMEX's investment criteria

•      Build financial models to assess deal viability, ROI, and risk

•      Lead negotiations on franchise and master franchise agreement terms

•      Manage the deal pipeline, tracking each opportunity from first contact to closing

•      Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on agreement structuring and due diligence

•      Prepare investment memos and present findings to the Head of Franchise Development

•      Monitor post-agreement milestones to ensure franchise terms are being met

Candidate Requirements

•      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics

•      5+ years of experience in investment analysis, M&A, or franchise development

•      Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel proficiency required)

•      Experience negotiating commercial agreements

•      Familiarity with franchise business models is highly preferred

•      Excellent written and verbal communication skills
