Your day to day

• Provide a wide range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct consultations with guests to determine their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Ensure all spa equipment and treatment areas are well-maintained and prepared before each session.
• Promote spa services and products, upselling treatments and retail items when appropriate.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing bookings efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and wellness practices.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to achieve sales targets and enhance guest experiences.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness center is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare, and body treatments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A team player with a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
