This role is for someone who can lead organic social strategy while also capturing and creating visually compelling content that brings our guest experience to life. From sun-drenched brunches and poolside entertainment to immersive nightlife and beachfront moments, you will be the voice and lens of our brand across all platforms.

We are looking for a confident, hands-on professional with a background in hospitality, nightlife, or luxury lifestyle, who is comfortable creating high-quality social content on-site.

Your day to day

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish original content (photos, Reels, Stories, short-form video) across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta
• Capture live content from events, F&B activations, entertainment, and daily operations
• Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand messaging
• Shoot and edit content using mobile or digital tools in fast-paced, on-property environments
• Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and adjust based on insights
• Support influencer visits, ensuring brand visibility and content deliverables are met
• Collaborate with marketing, photography, and design teams to maintain visual consistency
  
  

What We Need From You

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle brands
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a proven portfolio
• Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite)
• Confidence in on-site content creation, especially during live events
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings
