Job Description

A Fragrances Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experience through expert guidance and personalized service in the selection of fragrances. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive fragrance display, ensuring all products are appropriately stocked.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on fragrance products and sales techniques.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback to improve service and product offerings continuously.
  • Participate in marketing events and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions and monitor purchasing patterns effectively.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail or fragrance industry preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of various fragrance brands, notes, and scent families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Passion for fragrances and a deep appreciation for personal care products.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance customer buying experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems and retail sales technologies is advantageous.
