As a Fragrances Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their fragrance selection journey. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer experience by recommending the perfect scents that suit individual preferences and lifestyles. You will work collaboratively with our sales team to drive sales and achieve profitability goals, while building loyal, long-term relationships with our customers. Your expertise and in-depth knowledge of perfumes, notes, and ingredients will be vital in delivering exceptional service and educating clients on the nuances of various fragrance brands. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting fragrances that match their personal preferences and lifestyle.

• Demonstrate and sample perfumes, explaining their ingredients and scent profiles to clients.

• Ensure the fragrance section is clean, organized, and stocked with the latest products.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fragrance sales or a similar retail environment is preferred.
