Fractional Chief of Staff

A fast-scaling family office in Dubai is seeking a Fractional Chief of Staff to support the Principal across strategic initiatives, portfolio oversight, and operational execution. This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week).

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Principal on key business decisions and priorities

• Drive execution of cross-portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability

• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and strategic briefing documents

• Manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, and portfolio company leadership

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or chief of staff roles

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong financial literacy and comfort with data-driven decision making

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
