The opportunity

We’re hiring a Healthcare FP&A Analyst / Manager (level matched to experience) to partner closely with Finance and Operations, providing rigorous analysis, scenario modelling and decision support across the HealthHub clinic network.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage driver‑based budgets and rolling forecasts (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
• Track performance vs plan and deliver clear variance analysis with actionable insights
• Model clinic openings, new services, partnerships and investment/M&A scenarios (ROI, payback, sensitivities)
• Translate financial data into executive‑ready insights, decks and KPI dashboards
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes, cadence and tools (SAP, Anaplan, Power BI)
  
  

What You’ll Bring (must‑haves)

• Healthcare experience (essential / non‑negotiable): Proven FP&A or finance experience within a healthcare provider, clinic network, hospital group, payer/insurer or healthcare services organisation
• Strong understanding of patient volumes, payer mix, revenue cycle drivers and service‑line profitability
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred
• Analyst: 2–4 years FP&A / corporate finance
• Manager: 5–8+ years with strong business partnering and stakeholder leadership
• Advanced financial modelling; strong Excel and BI skills
• Clear, concise communication with senior leaders
