Job Description

This is not a "learn the ropes" SDR job. This is a production role.


What you will own

  • Own pipeline. Hit and exceed qualified meeting targets every week.
  • Research target accounts at pharma companies, map the right contacts, and send personalized outreach. LinkedIn is your primary channel. Structured multi-step sequences, with calls where appropriate.
  • Qualify hard. Open with relevance, tie reprai to a real operational pain, qualify tightly, disqualify quickly.
  • Know your funnel math. Track conversion rates across every stage and improve at least one metric monthly.
  • Build the machine. Refine talk tracks, document what works, set the standard for the SDRs who come after you.
  • Log everything. CRM hygiene is non-negotiable.


What we need

  • 1 to 3 years of B2B sales, business development, or commercial experience. Pharma or healthcare background is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record. Show us evidence: meetings booked, quota hit, consistent wins.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must. This role is message-first but includes outbound calls where appropriate. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Attio, HeyReach, Lovable, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.


Compensation

Base salary + Commission on deals sourced + Performance bonus.


First 90 days

  • Master reprais products and the pharma buyers world.
  • At full activity output with consistent qualified meetings booked weekly.
  • Ship at least one improvement to how we prospect — messaging, targeting, or sequencing.

Pharmas commercial infrastructure is broken and we are rebuilding it with AI. You will be the first outbound hire, working directly with CRO and the founding team, with full visibility into how a B2B SaaS company is built from zero to scale.
