About The Role

Aspora is building a business banking platform for SMEs that move money across borders. Logistics companies, import/export businesses, professional services agencies: these are businesses that existing banks have never properly served. This role exists to go get them.

You will be among the first people defining how this product finds its customers. That means building the pipeline, running the full sales cycle, developing partnerships, and feeding what you learn directly back into product. There is no inherited playbook. You write it.

You will work inside a small team of ex-founders and high-agency operators. This team exists to launch products that werent supposed to be possible.

Location: Dubai, UAE. This role is in-office and requires UAE residency. Candidates must already be based in Dubai.

What Youll Own

  • Build and own the GTM playbook for Asporas business banking platform in the UAE: from zero to first customers.
  • Generate pipeline across UAE SMEs through high-volume outbound, discovery calls, and prospect relationships with CFOs, finance directors, and treasury heads.
  • Own full-cycle sales from first touch to signed contract, including negotiations, close, and early account relationships.
  • Develop partnership channels that reach UAE SMEs at the moment they need a banking solution: logistics, import/export, professional services.
  • Feed market intelligence back into product: surface what customers actually need, advocate internally, and shape how the platform evolves.

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years in B2B sales, BD, or partnerships in the UAE, selling financial products to SME finance teams: CFOs, finance directors, or treasury heads.
  • Working knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, or business banking products and the real problems they solve for SMEs.
  • Track record of building pipeline and closing deals in environments where the product and the playbook didnt exist yet.
  • Can operate without a playbook. You write them.
  • Bias for execution: you prospect, qualify, run discovery, and close — and you log what you learned before the day ends.
  • Based in the UAE, with existing presence in its business or financial services ecosystem.
  • Strong advantages: Arabic language skills, a network across UAE logistics, import/export, or professional services sectors.
