Founder’s Associate (Growth & Operations)- GCC Expansion

Freelance | Remote/Hybrid

💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience

🕘 Working Hours: 30- 40 hours per week ( 9am - 6pm UAE local time)

The OpportunityAs a Founder’s Associate (Growth & Operations), you will act as a central point of coordination across the business, ensuring the founders operate efficiently while supporting key initiatives tied to our GCC expansion.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role combining operational excellence with exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, and business development. In a fast-moving environment without traditional layers, you’ll play a key role in keeping priorities on track while identifying ways to support growth.

Over time, the role is designed to evolve-offering increasing involvement in commercial and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities🗂 Executive & Operational Support

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meetings across multiple time zones

  • Oversee inbox management, prioritisation, and drafting responses
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-ups
  • Track tasks, actions, and ensure consistent follow-through
  • Act as a reliable organisational point of support for the founders

📈 Growth & Business Support

Research partnerships, sponsorships, and market opportunities (GCC-focused)

  • Support outreach to partners, media, and event organisers
  • Assist with proposals and commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate speaking engagements and external appearances
  • Contribute to initiatives that support brand and business growth

Skills & Experience

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with consistency and reliability
  • Comfortable handling administrative responsibilities to a high standard
  • Commercially curious, with an interest in partnerships and business growth
  • Adaptable and confident working in a founder-led environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership
  • Exposure to business development, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with GCC markets or international expansion (a plus)
