GEMS Al Barsha National School is seeking an outstanding and passionate Foundation Stage 1 Teacher to join our growing team as soon as possible.

The Role

We are looking for an inspirational Foundation Stage 1 Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating engaging, nurturing, and inclusive learning experiences.

You will provide a stimulating and supportive environment where young children can develop their confidence, independence, communication, and social skills through purposeful play and high-quality teaching. You will understand the importance of the Early Years Foundation Stage and create learning opportunities that inspire curiosity and a love of learning from the very beginning.

As part of our collaborative Foundation Stage team, you will work closely with colleagues and families to support each child's development and contribute to the wider life of the school.

Skills Description

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, or a Bachelor's degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Foundation Stage / Early Years, preferably within a British curriculum school.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and play-based learning.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their individual development.
• High expectations for children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in using technology to enhance learning and engagement.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.
