Job Description

As a Senior Foreman for steel fixing, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the steel fixing activities on construction sites. You will lead a team of steel fixers, ensuring that all steel structures are installed accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate the steel fixing team on a daily basis.
• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate steel installation.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan steel fixing activities.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of steel structures and fix any issues that may arise.
• Train and mentor junior steel fixers to improve their skills and productivity.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
  
  

• Proven experience as a steel fixer with leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of steel fixing techniques and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented.
• Relevant certifications or training in steel fixing is preferred.
