Approve Machine Jobs as per Specifications

Review and authorize machine setups and job executions based on production specifications, client requirements, and quality standards. Ensure all parameters—paper type, ink density, registration, and finishing—are aligned before full-scale production begins.

Lead and Train Operators for Consistent Output

Provide hands-on guidance to machine operators and helpers. Conduct on-the-job training to reinforce SOPs, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks. Monitor team performance and intervene when output deviates from expected standards.Follow Up on Preventive Maintenance SchedulesCoordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance tasks. Track machine health, escalate recurring issues, and minimize unplanned downtime through proactive follow-up and documentation. Drive Production EfficiencyAnalyze workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost throughput. Optimize manpower allocation, reduce material wastage, and ensure smooth coordination between printing, binding, and packing sections
