Job Summary:

The Foreman for Infrastructure (Roads, Utilities, Bridges & Marine) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects related to roads, utilities, bridges, and marine structures.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including budgetary constraints and quality control.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Foreman in infrastructure construction, specifically roads, utilities, bridges, and marine projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
