Our Football Education team delivers programmes around the world, bringing Manchester City’s coaching philosophy to life across a range of environments. In the UAE, our programmes continue to grow, offering coaches the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural setting while supporting the development of players of all abilities.
The Role
You will join a collaborative coaching team delivering programmes that reflect Manchester City’s coaching philosophy, standards and approach. Working across a range of age groups and abilities, you will help create engaging, high-quality sessions that support both player development and enjoyment of the game.
Alongside delivery, you will contribute to the ongoing development of programmes by supporting session planning, reviews and continuous improvement. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency in delivery, while also adapting your approach to meet the needs of different players and environments.
You will also play an important role in representing Manchester City both on and off the pitch, building positive relationships with players, families and local stakeholders, and contributing to wider programme activations across the region.
What You’ll Bring
⚽ FA Level 2 or UEFA C coaching qualification (minimum)
⚽ Membership of a recognised FA or international equivalent
⚽ Experience delivering coaching sessions within a football environment
⚽ Ability to communicate clearly and build positive relationships with players and colleagues
⚽ Experience working with players from a range of backgrounds and abilities
⚽ Commitment to learning, development and continuous improvement
