Food Safety and Hygiene Officer

As a Food Safety and Hygiene Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all safety and sanitation regulations are met within a food preparation and distribution environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in a food safety or hygiene officer role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of food safety laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to conduct training sessions effectively.
• Detail-oriented and analytical skills to identify potential food safety risks.
