Food Cost Controller

We’re hiring a Food Cost Controller to bring accuracy, structure, and visibility to Hello Chef’s fast-moving food operations.

You’ll be the link between our kitchen, warehouse, and ERP — ensuring what we plan, buy, and produce truly matches in both the system and on the floor. Partnering with Food, Ops, and Finance, you’ll own recipe and yield accuracy, track variances, and drive continuous improvement across the value chain.

💡 We’d love to meet someone who:

• Has controlled food costs in hotels, catering, or high-volume F&B environments
• Understands recipes, yields, wastage, and how they translate into true COGS
• Spots and fixes costing or inventory discrepancies in ERP/WMS systems
• Thrives on the floor — working with data, process, and people to improve accuracy
