Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a restaurant or hotel environment. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of food and beverage services, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently and in accordance with established standards. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding quality and hygiene standards. Our tasty food and thirst-quenching beverages deserve the highest level of service, and as a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of food and beverage services.
  • Ensure that staff members adhere to company policies and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies for food and beverages.
  • Analyze service quality and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports on sales, customer experiences, and staff performance for management.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry regulations.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software and other relevant technology.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
