Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you play a crucial role in the hospitality industry, ensuring the smooth running of food and beverage operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction are consistently met, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will manage resources and coordinate with other departments to ensure an excellent dining experience for guests. Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them to improve services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service procedures.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
