Job Description

The Food & Beverage Sales Executive is a dynamic role dedicated to driving sales and increasing the market presence of our food and beverage offerings. As a key member of our sales team, the Sales Executive is responsible for nurturing and expanding our client base. You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and represent our products at trade events and exhibitions. This role requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, innovative, and passionate about the food and beverage sector, bringing creative strategies to boost sales and benefit the company's growth.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the food and beverage market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any client issues or concerns effectively.
  • Compile and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss strategies and share successes and challenges.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry's market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
