Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the food and beverage sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competition.
  • Coordinate and conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies for F&B sales.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing client expectations and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market developments and stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and service of F&B products.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s F&B products and services.
  • Assist in the development of pricing structures and promotional offers to boost sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
