About The Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will lead and motivate the team, maintain high service standards, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the restaurant in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
• Interact with guests and maintain high-quality service standards at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Assist with scheduling, forecasting, and monitoring restaurant performance and profitability.
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the restaurant’s ambiance and service standards.
  
  

About You

• Passionate about Food & Beverage and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and building meaningful connections.
• A strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Communicates fluently in English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Preferably has experience in a luxury restaurant or a 5-star international hotel in a similar role.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys new challenges.
