Food and Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of dining establishments, including restaurants, bars, and catering services. This position involves managing and leading a team of culinary and service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets for the food and beverage department.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including dining areas, kitchens, bars, and room service.
• Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure adequate supply levels and cost effectiveness.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and other team members.
• Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all food and beverage areas.
• Develop and update menu offerings based on market trends, customer preferences, and budget considerations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and events to drive food and beverage sales.
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and profit margins for the food and beverage department.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve food and beverage operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
