About the Job

We are building a Food & Beverage Culinary Talent Pool across Dubai Holding hospitality destinations in Dubai.

This is an opportunity to be considered for future kitchen and culinary roles as they become available. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted based on upcoming operational requirements.

We are currently considering profiles for roles such as:

•Commis (I, II, III)

•Demi Chef de Partie

•Chef de Partie

The main duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting food to high quality and consistency standards
• Supporting daily kitchen operations across assigned sections
• Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
• Collaborating with chefs and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and proper storage within the kitchen
• Supporting cost control, minimising waste, and following standard recipes and procedures

About you

The ideal candidates for these positions will have:

•1–2 years of experience in a similar culinary role, preferably within a luxury or high-volume

•Basic to strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards

•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

•A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

•Passion for culinary arts and delivering high-quality dining experiences
