InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the F&B team.
- Ensuring efficient management of information, such as emails, calls, and documentation, with prompt and professional filing system.
- Preparing, compiling, editing, and issuing various reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials as required by F&B leaders.
- Fostering positive working relationships and liaising with departments like Finance, HR, Sales, Front Office, and Events for meeting arrangements, bookings, tasks, and projects.
- Coordinating F&B meetings, briefings, and logistics, including agendas, room bookings, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Maintaining F&B reports, attendance records, schedules, and other documentation using IHG applications and hotel systems.
- Exercising complete confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion when handling sensitive information, personnel matters, or operational details.
- Supporting F&B operation during peak hours

Ideally, youll have some or all the following qualifications and experience were looking for:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar admin/coordination role, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel formatting and reporting.
- Experience with hotel or corporate systems, ideally IHG applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, confident, and professional with strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
