Job Description
F&B Attendant (Twenty-Three)
We are currently seeking energetic and customer-focused F&B attendant to join our Twenty-Three Rooftop Bar team. As an F&B attendant in our bar, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
What Will You Be Doing
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.
Present menus to guests, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper plating and presentation.
Anticipate guests' needs and promptly respond to requests for additional items or condiments.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, attending to their inquiries, and resolving any concerns or complaints.
Monitor tables to ensure that guests have everything they need, including refilling drinks and clearing plates.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.
Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas, including arranging tables, setting up utensils, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience as an F&B attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail in order taking, food and beverage service, and table setup.
Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
Knowledge of different types of cuisine and basic food and beverage pairing.
Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate a POS system.
Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in a dining environment.
