About The Programme

Fly High is a highly selective, structured 3-year fast-track leadership development programme for Emiratizations, designed to prepare and deploy talent into critical roles across the Emirates Group.

From the outset, you will be placed in real business environments with clear accountability, exposure to senior stakeholders, and opportunities to contribute to strategic priorities.

The programme combines cross functional experience, international exposure, formal learning, and executive mentorship to develop both operational depth and leadership capability.

On successful completion, you will transition into a permanent role with a defined career pathway aligned to business needs and your performance.

Your three-year journey

Your journey is structured across three progressive phases, designed to build your capability, broaden your perspective, and prepare you for leadership within the Emirates Group.

Phase 1: Foundation and Business Exposure

You Will Build a Strong Understanding Of The Emirates Group Through Structured Rotations Across Key Business Areas. During This Phase, You Will

  • Develop core professional and leadership capabilities
  • Contribute to live business projects from an early stage
  • Be supported by a senior mentor who will guide your development

Phase 2: Global Exposure and Capability Building

You will expand your perspective through international exposure and increased responsibility across the business.During this phase, you will:

  • Gain experience within our global network and operating environment
  • Continue your structured development through leadership learning and professional qualifications
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact

Phase 3: Specialisation and Strategic Impact

Role

You will move into a more focused role aligned to your strengths and business priorities, building depth and ownership. During this phase, you will:

  • Deepen yourexpertisein your chosen field
  • Lead strategic initiatives or projects with visible business impact
  • Engage with senior stakeholders on key business priorities

This phase prepares you for transition into a permanent role with increased responsibility and leadership expectations.

Qualification

We are seeking a select group of Emiratizations with the potential to lead at scale and contribute to the long-term success of the Emirates Group.

To Be Eligible, You Must

  • Be a Emiratization with a Family Book
  • Be aged 27 or below
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Achieve IELTS 6 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
  • Have between 0 and 2 years of experience
  • Have completed National Service or hold a valid exemption

We look for individuals who demonstrate strong learning agility, accountability, and the ability to perform in high-performance environments. You should also be open to international exposure, including the opportunity to travel and, where required, spend time living and working abroad as part of your development journey.

Selection process

Our selection process is designed to assess your potential, capability, and readiness to succeed in a leadership pathway.

The Process Includes

  • Virtual interview with the Emiratisation and Recruitment team
  • Psychometric assessment covering cognitive ability and behavioural fit
  • Final in person panel interview with senior Emirates Group leaders

Salary & benefits

Compensation And Benefits

Your progression is accelerated, and so is your reward.

  • Year 1: AED 24,545 per month
  • Year 2: AED 32,860 per month
  • Year 3: AED 34,860 per month
