The Fleet Sales Executive is a pivotal role within our automotive sales team, specializing in managing, nurturing, and expanding our fleet customer base. This position is key to driving sales growth through active engagement with corporate clients, understanding their specific vehicle requirements, and delivering tailored fleet solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate fleet clients to drive sales.
  • Identify and analyze fleet client needs to provide tailored automotive solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective fleet clients.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to close fleet sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure precise order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify sales opportunities and potential fleet market growth.
  • Manage the fleet sales pipeline by maintaining consistent follow-ups and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns targeting fleet customers.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the client network and market presence.
  • Ensure all fleet sales activities are documented accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, especially within the automotive industry sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close large-scale corporate deals.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster client loyalty.
  • Understanding of fleet management and automotive market trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Flexibility to travel and meet clients across different locations as needed.
