Job Description

The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the fleet industry. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business opportunities through the sale of fleet vehicles to businesses and organizations. The Fleet Sales Executive will work closely with clients to understand their fleet requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the automotive market and the ability to manage and grow a diverse client portfolio. A successful Fleet Sales Executive will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in a competitive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve fleet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet vehicle industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess and fulfill their fleet needs effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms to close sales successfully.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote fleet sales offerings.
  • Facilitate vehicle orders and coordinate delivery logistics with internal departments.
  • Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for continued client loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions and client needs accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
