Job Description

As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding our clientele base for fleet vehicle sales. The position demands a strategic thinker with expertise in fleet sales who can comprehend customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their vehicle fleet needs, and providing them with effective solutions to enhance their operations. A successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, be highly organized, and have a deep understanding of the automotive market. This role not only requires you to target high-volume corporate accounts but also involves delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within fleet vehicle sales sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored fleet solutions to meet their demands.
  • Present and demonstrate a wide range of vehicle options to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with new and existing clients effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Track sales metrics and generate reports to monitor sales performance and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to network and promote our services.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal standards in fleet sales processes.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in fleet sales or related automotive sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and fleet management processes.
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
