Fleet QC Executive

Milele Car Rental is looking for a detail-oriented Fleet QC Executive to ensure our vehicles are always rental-ready, safe and maintained to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, fleet operations and maintenance coordination within the car rental or automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Inspection & Quality Control

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) before vehicle handover
• Perform post-rental inspections to identify damages and maintenance needs
• Ensure all vehicles meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
  
  

• Monitor vehicle condition (body, interior, tires, mechanical issues)
• Maintain vehicle inspection reports and condition logs
  
  

• Coordinate breakdown cases and roadside assistance
• Work with drivers, customers, and vendors to ensure quick resolution
  
  

• Schedule and track preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Coordinate with garages and vendors to ensure quality and timely completion
• Verify repair work before releasing vehicles back into the fleet
  
  

• Maintain service records, damage reports, and inspection documentation
• Support operations to ensure maximum fleet availability and uptime
• Provide regular updates on fleet status and operational issues
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in car rental fleet operations / vehicle inspection / fleet QC
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance and inspection processes
• Experience coordinating with garages, vendors and internal operations teams
• Good understanding of fleet management and rental operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
  
  

• Diploma or degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in car rental companies, leasing firms or automotive workshops
• Hands-on experience in PDI, damage assessment and vehicle quality checks
