About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a – Fitness Instructor to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for hotel guests.
• Lead group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, and strength training sessions.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual guest needs.
• Ensure gym equipment is properly maintained and safe for use.
• Offer guidance on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.
• Motivate and encourage guests to achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications

• Proven experience (preferably 1‑3 years) in a hotel, resort, or gym environment, with ability to deliver both group classes and individual training sessions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, strong guest‑service orientation, and ability to work flexible shifts
• Knowledge of safe exercise technique, gym equipment usage, and health & safety standards to ensure a high‑quality, safe fitness environment.
