As a Senior Associate in the Strategic Planning team, you will support the end-to-end planning and scheduling of training resources across MEA and APAC. You will build and maintain resourcing plans, ensure accurate schedules in our Planning system, and produce timely management information (MI) to support decision-making. You’ll work closely with regional stakeholders, faculty, and vendors to align resources with demand and contribute to continuous improvement of planning practices.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Support strategic resource planning and scheduling for MEA and APAC, aligning training delivery with demand forecasts and confirmed bookings
  • Build and maintain detailed resourcing plans using historical and forecasted demand; flag capacity risks, cross-skilling opportunities, and hiring needs to the Manager
  • Maintain accurate schedules and data quality within the Planning system; ensure changes are reflected promptly
  • Produce timely, accurate MI reports and dashboards; track key performance metrics (utilization, fill rates, on-time scheduling, variance to plan)
  • Contribute to best practices in planning processes, data hygiene, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate with faculty, vendors, and internal teams to resolve conflicts, optimize utilization, and support seamless delivery

You May Be a Good Fit if You Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or scheduling within a fast-paced environment (professional services, training, consulting, or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence and collaborate with indirect teams, vendors, and third parties
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities; comfortable translating complex data into actionable scheduling decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with workforce management or planning software
  • Clear, concise communication skills and attention to detail

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent scheduling projects and meeting deadlines across competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of data visualization/analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense) and comfort building basic dashboards or reports
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to align planning with organizational goals
  • Exposure to Financial Services or professional education environments
