Fit-Out Manager Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Fit-Out Manager / Fit-Out Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have existing client connections and active contracts and be capable of managing both project execution and business development within the fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
• Generate new business opportunities and secure fit-out contracts
• Leverage existing client network to drive project acquisition and revenue growth
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution
• Prepare and review BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimates
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and progress updates
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority approvals
• Monitor project profitability and contribute to financial performance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / turnkey projects (UAE preferred)
• Proven track record in handling fit-out projects and securing contracts
• Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and retail fit-out projects
• Experience in project management, site supervision, and client handling
• Ability to bring existing projects or client pipeline (highly preferred)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
