Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base create market demand and ensure its strong presence in the GCC market among different verticals. The selected candidate wins, maintains, and expands relationships with end users and assigned channel partners, and responsible for achieving sales, Business Development, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Senior Sales Account Manager represents the entire range of Fire Products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a specific vertical market.
Responsibilities
Principle Responsibilities:
Work on getting the Honeywell Commercial Fire Products approved by the approval authorities in the region
Develop and maintain relationships with allocated end-users and partners across the Region (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Pakistan) by promoting FIRE’s solutions and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
Responsible for the sales revenue and to develop appropriate Channels, manage partners including the training and development of their teams.
Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets
Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the marketplace and communicate information
Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management, ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management
Coordinating with other Honeywell product Business units to enlist support on specific Projects and develop specifications and Channels
Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities by establishing direct relations with end users, key customers and key players in different verticals.

Bachelor in Electronics Engineer
With 10+ Years’ experience in Fire Industry in GCC
Fire product knowledge, Project Design and management
Fire product Training Certificates
Technical Product training would be an added advantage
