Our platform is designed for buy- and sell-side institutions, and fintech companies, such as digital banks and wallet providers, offering a seamless experience across trading, wealth management, and API solutions.


Role Overview

As the Fintech Sales Manager – Middle East, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of GTN’s Embed solution within the region. You will focus on establishing strategic partnerships with fintech companies across the Middle East, enabling them to access a broad range of financial products through our APIs and FIX solutions. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Fintech, with a dotted line to the CEO of GTN Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our business.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive GTN’s API platform adoption across Middle East.
  2. Identify, prospect, and engage potential fintech clients through various channels, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals.
  3. Leverage your extensive network of key fintech industry contacts to build strong, productive relationships.
  4. Proactively seek out new business opportunities, aiming to exceed sales targets.
  5. Understand client needs and align GTNs value proposition to deliver tailored solutions.
  6. Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance the platform based on client feedback.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Represent GTN at industry events, conferences, and seminars in Middle East, promoting our solutions.

 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in fintech, with a proven track record of successful partnerships and deals.
  2. A strong network within the fintech sector.
  3. A "hunter" mindset, with a passion for business development and client acquisition.
  4. Solid understanding of financial products (equities, ETFs, fixed income, mutual funds, spot commodities, options) and API integration.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Willingness to travel extensively within Middle East.
