Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finishing Foreman with experience in commercial building projects to oversee the final stages of construction projects and ensure high-quality finishes.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on commercial building projects.
• Ensure that finishes meet quality standards and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors involved in finishing work.
• Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of finishing work progress and materials used.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations on-site.
  
  

• Proven experience working as a Finishing Foreman on commercial building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
