Fine Jewellery Sales And Boutique Executive Dubai

Yasser Younes Jewellery is looking for a full-time Fine Jewellery Sales & Boutique Executive to join our Dubai boutique.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with hands-on experience working in a fine jewellery store, with strong knowledge of diamonds, precious stones and high-value jewellery.

Previous experience in general retail alone will not be sufficient for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with the selection and purchase of fine jewellery, diamonds and precious stones
• Provide a highly personalized and professional luxury customer experience
• Confidently present and explain jewellery pieces, diamond characteristics and precious stones to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Follow up on enquiries, sales opportunities and client requests
• Handle customer orders, special orders, alterations, repairs and after-sales service
• Manage boutique inventory, stock movements and transfers with a high level of accuracy
• Receive, organize and account for high-value jewellery pieces
• Maintain accurate client, order and stock records
• Ensure displays and jewellery presentation are maintained to luxury retail standards
• Support the daily operations of the boutique
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience in a fine jewellery store is essential
• Proven experience selling diamonds, precious stones and fine jewellery
• Good understanding of diamond quality, including the 4Cs, and familiarity with precious and colored gemstones
• Experience handling high-value jewellery and stock
• Strong luxury retail and customer service experience
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Professional, trustworthy and well-presented
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing client follow-ups, orders and inventory
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
