Financial Reporting Specialist

Job Summary:

Ensuring absolute accuracy and completeness in all external statutory and regulatory financial disclosures for this Dubai-based Investment Holding Firm is the central focus of this role. The incumbent proactively monitors and incorporates changes in IFRS, drafts detailed and technical notes to the financial statements, and coordinates closely with legal and governance teams on all public reporting content.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

• Prepare and review financial reports for group entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Analyze financial performance and highlight key trends.
• Coordinate with entity accountants and auditors for reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates and standard processes.
• Support group-level management reporting and dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures.
• Participate in system upgrades and reporting automation initiatives.
• Prepare schedules for internal and external audits.
• Provide technical guidance on reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CA/ACCA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, ideally in holding firms.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes.
• Strong Excel and ERP reporting tool expertise.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
