Your mission

Bring your social energy & analytical skills to Aggreko as regional FP&A Business Partner to support the Middle East Financial Business Partner in

• improving forecasting quality,
• accelerating decision-making,
• automating routine reporting,
• and driving measurable cost savings across the region.
  
  

The role directly enables the Financial Business Partner to focus on strategy and stakeholder influence while delivering rapid, data-driven insights through advanced Excel, Power BI and AI-enabled automation.

Key repsosibilities

• You will co-own budgeting and rolling forecasts,
• You support and drive ME-wide cost-saving workstreams across 20+ value flows
• You build and maintain driver-based models; you deliver high-impact Power BI dashboards and narrative reporting that inform commercial and operational decisions.
• You will automate reporting and analytics using advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot), Power BI, SQL and AI tools to reduce manual effort and accelerate insights.
• You work closely with Sales, Operations, Fleet and Procurement to translate business questions into measurable outcomes and to lead cost optimization initiatives.
  
  

Your background

• Minimum 4 year experience with producing high-quality FP&A reporting under deadline pressure and with translating complex financial analysis into business-friendly and convincing recommendations for Middle East or national business units.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Demonstrated track record of connecting with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Advanced hands on expertise in Excel and Power BI.
• Some practical experience with applying AI to automate reporting and predictive forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen and curiosity.
• Attitude: Proactive ownership, Communicative and collaborative.
