Job Description

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategy within the organization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and forecasting future trends to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, monitor variances, and provide insights to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies, and participating in strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required, with relevant work experience preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends and potential risks or opportunities.
  • Partner with various departments to gather relevant financial information and provide support for key initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of different business decisions on financial outcomes.
  • Support the annual strategic planning process by providing financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential strategies and investments.
  • Collaborate with accounting and other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, economic factors, and regulations that may impact the company's financial performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
