Job Description

As a Financial Controlling Manager in the Retail sector, you will play a crucial role in steering financial strategies and supporting the company's economic objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that financial goals are met while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in financial management, preferably in retail.
  • Proven track record of developing financial strategies and managing budgets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing finance teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
